In the world of geology, as in society in general, the need for insurance arises, namely, an, occupational risk cover is essential so that fees are in keeping with the geologist's qualifications and profession as well as the civil liability he takes on when signing a study, project or report.
This committee aims to provide its members with a high quality insurance and civil liability, in order that that they are fully covered in the exercise of their profession, whether they are self-employed or employees.
Legal advice is permanently available to all members of the Association and may be consulted at all times.. In the agreement signed with a lawyer's office, this service is permanently available and free of charge. Applications should be made by e-mail or by letter to the Association offices.
